Courtney Knopf, a South Florida native and former Manhattan Real Estate Attorney, has worked in all facets of real estate, from the legal side to the sales end, to high-end management positions.
Prior to joining The Corcoran Group, Courtney spent many years in New York City as General Counsel to a high-end woman’s fashion boutique chain and a commercial real estate investment company, where she negotiated commercial real estate leases, sales contracts, renewal lease agreements, and corporate organizational documents.
More recently, she served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for a New York City real estate investment firm where she established and optimized the day-to-day operations and of a company that held a portfolio of buildings in Manhattan valued at more than $500 million in addition to handling all in-house commercial leasing activity.
During her tenure in New York, Courtney opened her own high-end brokerage firm, where she exclusively represented high profile clients for properties in excess of $40 million.
Courtney is a dedicated real estate executive with an extensive knowledge and familiarity of the real estate market combined with a level of dedication to the profession that is unrivaled. She believes staying on top of trends and being tuned-in to her client’s needs is imperative to success for a service professional. In addition to being licensed in Florida as a Real Estate Broker Associate, Courtney is a licensed Attorney, member of the New York Bar Association and a New York Real Estate Broker. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends, golfing, fishing, art festivals, gourmet cooking, and walking the beach with her Maltipoo, Henley.
